What ingredients do you use in your homemade pet treats?

All of our treats are made with 100% human grade ingredients, with zero added preservatives, additives, salt or sugar. 

How should I store your treats to keep them fresh?

Store treats in the refrigerator in its original packaging or in an air-tight container. Due to Singapore's humidity, we recommend refrigeration upon receiving the treats.

How long can I keep the treats for?

Since our products are free of preservatives, it can be kept for up to 1 month from the date of manufacture (room temperature) or up to 2 months in the refrigerator. 

Can I get a sample or trial pack of your treats?

Yes! Definitely! You can include an order's note after you place your order and request for sample packs of the treats you would love to try. If it's available, I'll definitely include them for you and your pets.

Are your dog treats safe for cats as well?

Yes, most of them are. Please do check the ingredients list to confirm if the treat is suitable for your cats

Is self-collection available?

Yes. Self-collection is available at 228 Choa Chu Kang Central, Singapore 680228. We will contact you to arrange a date and time for you to pick up your order.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas yet. We will be looking to explore on that in the future

    Woof woof! I’m Toby, the official treat tester at Wagacy! 🐶👑

    Once upon a time, I had a home… but I got returned (allegedly for biting someone—can’t confirm, can’t deny). I was scared, confused, and ended up at my fosterer's place, muzzled and unsure of the world. They worked hard to help me feel safe again, and little by little, I learned that not all hoomans are scary.

    Then, @exclusivelymongrels decided it was time for my forever home—no more temporary stops, just a place where I truly belong! After a four-month "vacation" at my fosterer’s and a few failed homestays (apparently, I’m a little too special), I finally found my real family on 1 December 2019. Now, I am the PRINCE of the house! 👑 I demand belly rubs, snacks, and undivided attention at all times.

    Most importantly, I have a very important job: Quality Control Officer of Wagacy Treats! 🐾✨ I used to be super picky, but as I’ve grown older and wiser, I’ve realized that anything with meat or cheese is a gift from the heavens. 😋 If it’s Wagacy-approved, you know it’s good.

    So, my furry friends, if you see a Wagacy treat, know that it’s Toby-tested and tummy-approved! Now go tell your hoomans to buy some. 😉💕🐾

    Like my brother Toby, I was also a returned pup—but my journey was a little different. I wasn’t under any animal welfare groups (AWGs). Instead, I was placed in boarding at @pebmickandfriends (aka Toby’s fosterer) when my first family decided I wasn’t the right fit for them. So, I waited... and waited... for my forever home.

    Then one day, Daddy and Mammy came to visit! Daddy played with me, and guess what? He fell in love instantly (obviously, I’m irresistible). So, they took me home for a trial—except it wasn’t really a trial because they were already mesmerized by my charm. 💁‍♂️ On 28 February 2020, I officially became part of the family, and I’ve been living my best life ever since!

    Now, I am the goodest boy, soaking up all the love, belly rubs, and, of course, TREATS. 🍖✨ I’ll admit—I’ve become a little picky (I’ve tasted the finer things in life, you see). But fun fact: I’m a copydog! Whatever my brother eats, I must try too. 🤭

    So, my furry friends (and your hoomans), support us please! Every treat from Wagacy is made with love, tested by Toby, and copied—I mean, approved—by me! 🐾💕
